Hi lovely. I am so glad you have taken the time to check out my art shop, it means the world to me.

Here are some informative guidelines that may regard questions you have about your order.

When will my order ship?

I would like to reiterate that I am a one woman run business, and I create and package all items by myself. This means that orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to be officially shipped. BUT I do try to package and ship orders ASAP.

☆International orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete shipping cycles.

Shipping:

Please double check ALL of your shipping information before placing your order. This includes the address and correct size of the product.

☆If you input the incorrect address, it may subject your order to a delayed shipping date. If you do happen to input an incorrect address, please use the contact page to file a request to change the address.

☆If you input the wrong size category, please use the contact page to file a request to change the size.

☆When an order has been officially shipped, I can no longer make changes to the shipping address. Therefore, responsibility of the package is in the hands of transportation services.

My package is damaged/ or missing. What should I do?

Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! If your package is missing, please check your local USPS or ask your neighbors/apartment complex.

I Ordered stickers/prints but there is no tracking number?:

To make shipping more affordable, orders with only sticker or print purchases are sent out with a stamp & envelope which means there is no tracking. Please allow 1-2 weeks for US orders and 4-6+ weeks for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges:

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

Do you ship to my country?

If you do not see your country here, please check the USPS website to see if your country has any shipping restrictions. If not, feel free to contact me and I'll add it to the list!
